Components of Textile Items

Main components of textile items are Grey Fabric,Processed and Madeups.This process starts from cotton then Spinning Mills then ready to Waeve Yarn then grey cloth and so on. When Grey Cloth is received by any industry then it is issued to processing department in which first process is Singing after that Desize Wash and next step is Bleaching. Bleaching is of Two types J Box Bleaching,L Box Bleaching. J Box Bleaching is of like latest bleaching method. After Bleaching the Batchers are issued to other sub department finishing in which batching process starts to set the required width of finished goods after that if the goods are required to Dye or Print then they are issued to required departments. After Dyeing or Printing the goods are again send to Stenter machine to get the required finished width. After that goods are sent to folding department where actual A,B,C grade goods are sort out. After that if goods are required to ship in loose shap then after rolling or Bailing goods are shipped or if goods are required for the madeups then issued to cutting department where are cut out w.r.t Specs. When cutting procedure of cutting completed and goods are ready to issue to stitching department then iuused to required Unit after stitching packing procedure w.r.t specs and then goods are shipped towards destination
